THE VIA VISION
VIA strives to develop and inspire each player through football, academics and cultural immersion programs.
To approach our increasingly interconnected world with both optimism and excellence. We aim to mold our players into future leaders by embracing our core principles, as a way to accurately reflect our overall philosophy and values as an organization. VIA applies these values in order to encourage individuals to explore themselves by embracing their talents and strengths, while seeking to build their overall character so they can influence their environment in a positive way. We believe in the growth of the individual through specialized training, to serve as an opportunity to prosper in all aspects of life. Our multidisciplinary program is designed to develop creative and competent leaders on and off the field, while encouraging them to enjoy every moment of their personal journey. We provide our players with the tools necessary to succeed in all endeavors they wish to pursue.
What makes this academy special, is its rare ability to challenge young players to learn about themselves as individuals by adapting to a new culture and environment, whilst working towards their academic and athletic goals.
We provide our players with limitless opportunities to succeed in every aspect of life, from overseas exposure on the field, to international business experience off of it.
Our program was created to identify, train and develop players to become model-class citizens and elite players that can excel in the collegiate, professional and National team levels. Our focus is football, but our goal is growth. When you add our off-field programs in language, business skills and culture, you are suddenly looking at an incomparable experience!
The Program boasts an innovative curriculum that develops technical and tactical skills, speed, strength and leadership for elite youth players between the ages of 15 – 23.
In addition to teaching new skills and improving game performance, each VIA player is immersed in the Portuguese culture providing unique lifetime lessons in character development, cultural education, friendships and enhanced passion for the game.
